1. Scope of Services
GreenTie Consulting offers website design, development, and maintenance services tailored for law firms and legal professionals. Our services may include but are not limited to:

2. Client Obligations
To facilitate the delivery of our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for website design
- Collaborate with our team to outline project requirements and goals
- Promptly review and provide feedback on draft designs and content
3. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay GreenTie Consulting for services rendered according to the agreed-upon pricing structure and payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.
4. Confidentiality
GreenTie Consulting agrees to keep all client information confidential and secure. Clients must also maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon completion of the project and full payment, all website design elements and content created by GreenTie Consulting become the intellectual property of the client. GreenTie Consulting retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Limitation of Liability
GreenTie Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
7. Termination of Services
Both parties reserve the right to terminate services in the event of a breach of contract, failure to make payments, or other agreed-upon circumstances. Termination does not relieve clients of their obligation to pay for services already rendered.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
